Shipping is handled by DHL from Germany. All shipments are sent as insured parcels with tracking.
Processing time
Our books are produced to order. The processing and production time is usually a few business days; shipping follows afterwards.
Delivery times (after dispatch)

- EU: approx. 3–6 business days
- Worldwide: approx. 6–20 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Customs and import duties
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Tracking
After dispatch you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that allows you to track your delivery.
