General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through this online shop of Hirnworx David De Matteo, Ziegelstraße 2, 90579 Langenzenn (hereinafter the "Seller") in the version valid at the time of the order. A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

§ 2 Contracting party, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Hirnworx David De Matteo.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order together with acceptance of the order takes place immediately after submission by means of an automated email. This email confirmation concludes the purchase contract.

§ 3 Contract language, storage of the contract text

The language available for concluding the contract is German. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC by email. For security reasons, you can no longer access the contract text via the internet.

§ 4 Prices and shipping costs

All prices stated are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added to the stated prices. Details on the amount of shipping costs can be found in the shipping information and during the ordering process.

§ 5 Delivery

Delivery is subject to shipping costs in accordance with the shipping costs stated in the shop to the countries named there. We deliver by shipping only. Collection of the goods in person is not possible.

§ 6 Payment

The payment methods shown during the ordering process are available in our shop. Payment is due upon completion of the order.

§ 7 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§ 8 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal. The details can be found in our withdrawal policy.

§ 9 Warranty and guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.

§ 10 Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
